Last updated: 7 May 2026. These terms govern every entry, draw and prize handover on wincars.ae.
By creating an account, buying entries or otherwise using wincars.ae you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept any part of this document you must stop using the service immediately. We may update these terms from time to time; the version dated below replaces all previous versions.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to take part in skill or chance promotions in your country of residence. Entries from jurisdictions where this type of giveaway is restricted are void. We may require government-issued identification before any prize handover.
Each giveaway lists a maximum entry cap, an entry price, the vehicle value and a scheduled draw date. Entries are issued as unique sequential ticket IDs assigned to your account. Once the entry cap is reached, no further entries can be sold for that draw. Entries are non-transferable.
Payments are processed by our payment provider in EUR unless otherwise stated. Once entries have been issued and the draw has not yet taken place, refunds are only granted in cases of duplicate charges, technical errors on our side or where required by law. After a draw has been held, all entry sales for that draw are final.
Each draw is run on a public livestream at the date and time announced on the giveaway page. The ticket pool is locked before the random selection runs and the winning ticket ID is announced live. Replays remain available after the stream ends. If a draw is delayed for technical reasons, a new time is announced as soon as possible.
After the draw we contact the winner using the email address on their account. Identity verification must be completed within 14 days. If the winner cannot be verified, or refuses verification, we reserve the right to redraw. Vehicle delivery, registration costs, taxes and insurance are the winner's responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Fraudulent payments, multiple accounts per person, automated entry attempts or any attempt to manipulate a draw will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of entries without refund. Suspected criminal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.
wincars.ae is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the entry fees you paid for the giveaway in question.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operating entity of wincars.ae. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our support team will be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
